Let's deviate from Youtube channels and podcasts for a second. But as a developer, you should be utilising the power of Twitter. I believe that Twitter is underrated when it comes to self-development as there are so many resources out there as long as you follow the right accounts and topics. For those who might not know, Justin Kan is one of the co-founders of the most visited gaming streaming platform called Twitch.

Aside from that, he is a well-known entrepreneur, investor, and tech guru who has been at the forefront of the tech industry for over a decade. Through his YouTube channel and various other media outlets, he shares his expertise and insights on a wide range of topics, one of them being self-improvement.

He shares his experiences and insights on how to improve yourself and your life. He's a big proponent in the power of self-reflection, and his videos often feature thoughtful and introspective discussions. Which is very helpful as it is healthy to take a step back sometimes and enjoy life instead of sulking in front of your computer thinking about your next project and other development stuff.
